The display is drawn from a variety of stunts and formations to create a format suitable for any size and type of show. We are flexible in how we put the display together and can accommodate show organisers’ requirements accordingly. From a single pony jumping and galloping over fire jumps., to unusual formations of up to 5 ponies harnessed together negotiating obstacles and weaving through fire poles. There is also our pair of Zwartbles sheep, and Hettie the heifer, who all do their own turn around the arena (subject to DEFRA regulations). We can perform in any weather and there’s something for everyone!
Amanda Saville is an accomplished horsewoman and carriage driver. Sixteen years on
the show circuit helped her to gain the knowledge of arena displays that led to the
development of Chariots of Fire. This is an unmatched and exhilarating arena display
featuring extraordinary stunts usually only associated with riding, but taken three
steps further and carriages added!

First performed in 1995, the display has been growing in popularity. It demonstrates
driving of hair’s breadth accuracy, skill, verve and total trust between Amanda and
her ponies, many of whom are rescued and have stories to tell! Go to our dates page
